$250,000 was the top prize on the Fantastic Four 2009 and the Singaporean version and it was the second biggest amount in the syndicated version. Whenever a board has a top prize that is greater than $1 million, it appears either as the fourth-highest amount ($2.5 million, and $3 million boards) and as the fifth-highest amount under a non-top prize multi-million dollar amount ($4 million, $5 million, and $6 million).

Only one contestant have won $250,000, once which happened during the original version. Sherman Mitchell played his game on March 2, 2006, with two million dollar case, played the game until there's two amounts left which it was $300 and $500,000. His case had the $300.
