Deal or No Deal Island is a reality show spinoff of Deal or No Deal where teams of 13 players are transported to the banker's private island with twists behind every palm tree and over 100 cases being hidden with millions of dollars split among them where they must retrieve so that they can play against the banker. This premiered on February 26, 2024.
Rules[]
The players engage in Survivor style competitions in order to retrieve the standard DOND briefcases, each with random amounts of money in them. When each case is open, the one with the highest valued case in immune from elimination and nominates one of the two players with the lowest values for possible elimination.
The player nominated then enters "The Temple", where they play a straight game of DOND, with the highest valued case serving as the top case for the game. If the player makes a good deal or ends up with the highest value in that game, that player gets the chance to eliminate one of their opponents. However, if they make a bad deal or end up with the lowest valued case, they are eliminated.
All of the money earned at the end of the game is put into a progressive jackpot, which will serve as the top case in the final game, played with the last person standing.
