LaKissa Bright was the first contestant to choose the million by taking the deal. She had a AMAZING run, despite knocking small amounts early in the game, offered $48K before time expires. She came back to finish the game on the next episode, despite knocking $500K. She still have $1M along with $400 and $1K in play. She won $215K which she took the deal and she had the top prize in her case.
