Lindsay Clubine (born January 7, 1983 in Kansas City, Missouri, now known as Lindsay Buchholz) is an American model and local TV personality. To TV game show audiences she is best known as Briefcase Model #26 on the NBC game show Deal or No Deal.
The oldest of three girls, Lindsay Clubine grew up in the small town of Camden. As the youngest, she loved playing sports, riding horses and the great outdoors. As she grew older, Lindsay had bigger dreams, her ultimate goal was to appear on camera and hosting her own show.
After she graduated from high school, Clubine took some small modeling jobs in her birthplace of Kansas City. She then got a contract from Ford Modeling Agency, at which point she modeled for magazines, catalogs and appearing in music videos. In 2003, Lindsay was asked to host a travel destination show called Get Out to which she agreed to and while hosting the show, she was approached by NBC & Endemol USA asking her to appear as one of the 26 briefcase models on the new TV game show Deal or No Deal. During its premiere week, airing during the week of December 19-23, 2005, she stood beside Briefcase #24 and when the show returned to the airwaves in February 2006, Lindsay was the caboose of the Deal or No Deal train, moving to Briefcase #26 where she would remain until its cancellation in May 2009. In season five, she was replaced by Michelle De Leon.
Notably, Lindsay was the last model standing on the stage on the night Jessica Robinson became DOND's first millionaire (Lindsay's Case #26 had $200,000, while Jessica's Case #4 had the million).
Today, Clubine continues TV hosting and modeling gigs. She is also married to Boston Red Sox pitcher Clay Buchholz (married on November 14, 2009) and on August 14, 2010, she gave birth to their daughter Colbie Dawn Buchholz. They currently make their residence in Manhattan Beach, CA.
