Wesley Autrey (b. February 6, 1956) is a New York City construction worker and Navy veteran who in 2007 achieved international recognition after he saved Cameron Hollopeter, a film student who had suffered a seizure and fallen onto the tracks, from being struck by a New York City Subway train. He had $1,000,000 in his game, and had an great run all the way with three cases left in play being $25, $10,000 and $1,000,000. After he turned down an offer of $305,000, he unfortunately knocked out the million on the last round. With two cases left in play, $25 and $10,000, his final offer of the game was $5,000. He ended up with $25 in his case after turning down $5,000. At the end of the game, Howie revealed that Chrysler has awarded a new Jeep Patriot, valued at $24,710 plus $25 that got in his case, bringing his total winnings to $24,735.
